In recruitment placement, the selected candidate is directly employed by your company for long-term employment.
With temporary agency work, the employee remains on the payroll of an external service provider (e.g. HR Park) and works for your company, providing a flexible employment option.

The search time depends on the complexity of the position and the market situation. We usually present the first suitable candidates within 1-2 weeks. For senior management and positions requiring specific expertise, this may of course be longer in the light of other search methods.

The guarantee periods are based on agreement with our customers. Generally speaking, if the selected candidate does not prove successful during the probationary period, we will launch a new search and introduce another professional free of charge.
