Regional Sales Director

Our key account is a market leader transnational textile wholesale trading company. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to the following position:

Your challenge:

  • Collaborating with sales personnel to establish and execute local and regional sales goals
  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
  • Developing business ideas to ensure growth both long and short-term
  • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, tracking competitors
  • Maintains and expands customer base
  • Personally visits key customers on regular bases
  • Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
  • Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
  • Implements trade promotions
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions

Your profile:

  • business college or university
  • fluent English knowledge is a must
  • 5+ years relevant work experience
  • availability to travel as needed
  • ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators
  • very good interpersonal and people management abilities, excellent negotiation skills
