Regional Sales Director
Our key account is a market leader transnational textile wholesale trading company. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to the following position:
Your challenge:
- Collaborating with sales personnel to establish and execute local and regional sales goals
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
- Developing business ideas to ensure growth both long and short-term
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, tracking competitors
- Maintains and expands customer base
- Personally visits key customers on regular bases
- Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
- Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
- Implements trade promotions
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
Your profile:
- business college or university
- fluent English knowledge is a must
- 5+ years relevant work experience
- availability to travel as needed
- ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators
- very good interpersonal and people management abilities, excellent negotiation skills
